I know I just commented a couple days ago, but I have to let you know I just can't get enough of this song. I ordered the album because I need to listen to it everywhere. I love all of Debbie's music, but none of her songs have affected me this way since Lost In Your Eyes! That song was the whole reason I started listening to her music in the first place.

I'm a HUGE fan of Ozaki Yutaka (the artist responsible for the original Japanese version of this song) and I am really not big on covers of this song, the only one I kinda like is the Korean version by Sonin, but I am still completely fascinated that Debbie chose to rework this song in English. I'm happy to see this presented to a wider audience, it would be great if it allowed some people to stumble across the work of the original artist as a result.

Some thoughts of this song- some of the lyrics remind me of "Someone to love" ,"Already Gone" and part of the chorus the way Debs vocals carry on it sounds like "Hardy Candy Christmas" -all good things. Just love everything about this song including the tambourine at the end.

This Song deserves a United States single release on the Adult Contemporary market! Too bad Warner Music Group ain't reconsidering termination from Atlantic (from 1995, when "Body Mind Soul," ATL 82451, failed to chart)---this would be perfect for Reprise or Cotillion.

@bcschmerker actually BMS did chart, but only reached #109. This song sounds like something from "Think With Your Heart" to me.

@bcschmerker "Body Mind Soul" was her last album on a 4 album deal, she wasn't dropped, and it came out in 1992, in 1995 she was signed to EMI/SBK and released "Think With Your Heart". as for her new album, she has a deal with Universal Records in the USA and that album, featuring "Rise" and "Cougar" will be out later in the year. she recently mentioned in one interview that she was working on a few more songs to add to the disc

@kisscatastrophe Four-album deal at Atlantic/WMG? News to me. Atlantic dropped other poor sellers, e.g. a country girl group named Girls Next Door, after only one album in the past. Gibson getting distribution via Universal Music Group is also news to me--no prior mention of a label.

@bcschmerker Actually it was a total of 7 album contract but she only fulfilled 4 of the 7 before parting with AR. She had that on her offical site several years ago in the archives back when it was run by Penny and Jourdyn of Moonchild Innovations website.

What a beautiful song and video. This looks like the comeback that Deborah has been waiting for. The scenes of her playing the piano is totally reminicent of Lost In Your Eyes.
