Hi may I ask for suggestions on places to go and could you break down the cost, does it really cost 10,ooo or can you find a print shop for less. Also about copy rights and world distributing rights and pricing your book, and, and, and please help

Okay...and get Dan Poynters Self-Publishing Manual too or visit his website DanPoynter dot com. LOTS and LOTS of info so don't get overwhelmed! :-)
