In all japanese versions, and in the english video games (which have a more directly translated script than the anime), Kid Buu is stated to be the most DANGEROUS. As in, where Fat Buu was tame unless you got him angry, and Super Buu was more interested in fighting than destruction, Kid Buu gleefully destroyed planets on a whim. And practically every villain has beaten Vegeta to near death.

@qohs79 ...I fail to see your logic. Goku didn't stand a chance against Super Buu PERIOD, unless he fused with someone. Goku was fighting Kid Buu rather evenly until he wore himself out with SSJ3. And dangerous =/= strong. Remember the androids? 16 was stronger than 17 or 18 BY FAR, yet wasn't nearly as destructive as either of them. Heck, future 17 and 18 were weaker than their present selves, but were undoubtably more dangerous. If you thought Kid was the strongest you weren't paying attention

@DracoFlame67 If you are referring to when Goku said he and Vegeta would get killed, there is a hitch to that. Previously, on Kami's lookout, he told Piccolo that using the SSJ3 form (which obviously is his only chance against any Buu) was to draining on him while he was in the living world. This is the best reasoning for why he was so scared to fight Super Buu. Android 16, on the other hand, was deemed defective by Dr. Gero, so it's only natural that he's not as dangerous as either 17, 18,or 19

BTW, before I get to my next point, do you mean Kid buu is stronger than Super Buu in base, or if you are including absorptions? Because I can see Base Super being similar in power to Kid, but completely stomps Kid once he's got Gotenks inside him. I'd argue Piccolo Buu is stronger as well.

@qohs79 The main problem with that is that Kid Buu was supposed to be the first form of Buu ever, and if we conclude that absorbing someone makes Buu stronger regardless of their own power (Buu>Piccolo, but Piccolo Buu was still stronger than base Super), each of Buu's absorbtions of the Kais would have made him stronger. By that logic Kid Buu is the weakest form (excluding Good Buu). Also, if Buu retains his memories, than Gohan absorbed Buu is the strongest, since Buu admits it himself.

Yes, Kid Buu does not have the moral limitations of Gohan or Piccolo or Fat Buu, but that also means he lacks their respectable power levels. Gohan in particular is the strongest unfused character period after Elder Kai's training. Super Buu gains all of this power for his own, while Kid Buu does not.
