You know, when I was a kid and would play this game, I never knew you could beat the purple Dr. Wily stage (the one where you need the crash bombs) without dying. I would always get there, destroy all the walls, and then run out of crash bombs before I could destroy all the guns, so I'd die, refill my crash bomb power, and go to the room again, and the walls would still be gone, and then I'd just have to destroy the cannons.

You didn't use the Quickman trick? Use the freeze on Quickman, and he dies, easy. =) Though, you need a full one to have it work well.

Stage 3 is harder than stage 4. That's why it's so short. Stage 4, all you gotta use is the Leaf shield. Those mines at 3:10 will be the death of me. And after all that hype, the boss is so fuckin' easy. He doesn't deserve the awesome music. BTW, where can we download that?

No-Miss always meant "No lives lost." From the speed-run and super play community this is the best definition I can use for this kind of run. Besides, like I said above, I thought it was clear enough though in Part 1. Oh well, I must be crazy or something...! o_o

40 m 20 sec is not a bad time at all on difficult especially since you weren't trying for speed I don't think. ever considered a speedrun? the record is 30:39 on normal mode.

Nah, it's not in my mind right now but it could be interesting, one day. I like watching them though and I learned some great tricks doing so. I guess that's how I was able to pull out some very interesting ones for this run, all thanks to the other great Mega Man 2 speed runners out there (well, at least for finding the tricks)! But beating 30:39 on Normal mode would be a crazy task! o_o
