Infuriates me how these pooper scooper devices fail to address the remnants of turd that are left after removal. This region of dirty ground needs to be made visible - USE TURD ALERT SPRAY.
You must be one of the typical a-holes who also dumps poop bags in people's garbage cans. We we don't want your poop. I had a problem with a poop dumper until I pinpointed his walk schedule and caught him dumping it afetr prior posted warning. lol, it was so funny when I pepper sprayed him and the pooch.
Yeah, hahaha. Assault if soooo funny! And almost beleivable too, unless you consider the legal implications. Either way you would be screwed. If the person is small they turn you in, and if they have any ass to them at all they stick your supposed pepper spray up yours. But great comment out of the blue, knucklehead.
Go to your local law library and brush up on property rights. In my state, if you trespass and vandalize in any manner I have a right to defend myself/my family/my property. Obviously you have never been pepper sprayed; it incapacitates the person. Regarding retaliation, I'm a fit 6'-5" so very few people intimidate me + law is on my side. It's all about character: dog owners should dispose of their dog's poop in their own garbage containers unless they are sleazy, which you appear to be.
