These very laws are what is making them homeless. They cannot find a place to live, due to the residency restrictions. And you never mention what you plan on doing to solving the problem? How many sex offenders do you know of, who have committed their crime at schools, play grounds, day cares, etc? No matter how many laws you pass, the people will never be safe, that is only a placebo to make you feel safe. If a person is intent on committing another crime, this will not stop them, period!!
