Karate is an okinawan martial art not Japanese.

Bruce lee did not know karate, he was Chinese-American, so he was a kung fu practioner. Kung fu and Karate are two difference martial arts.

Very nice trailer; am looking forward to the movie! Sensei Ota is the most competent yet humble teacher that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, not just in the context of karate, but in all my education, including college, med-school and a handful of athletic and martial arts teachers. Ota is truly a master teacher.
