Tasers aren't always effective on people that are high or heavily intoxicated. Why is it always that Tasers are misused against people and then when the cops are actually in a situation in which a Taser is the right tool to use, they forget they have them and go right to lethal weapons?
The whole point of the Taser is to incapacitate someone who is a potential threat, but is only armed with something like a knife or blunt weapon or is resisting arrest heavily, this would have been the ideal situation to deploy a Taser...they should use their guns against guns, that's all.

The banks and Wall Street made us this way but look even in Europe the banks are destroying everything, everything for the few and nothing for the rest or majority. where ever you go in this world, Tyranny and corruption is right around the corner!

@TheAngryAmericanwon ya, that's what was nice about Kenya when I lived there. Them brothas came out with machetes, back in the Nairobi riots, until they got the leader(s) they wanted. Electric bill was like 1 dollar a month, like 0 taxes etc. Was nice.

Of course it's not the only way ! There's always the way of breaking a person's arm or leg by pile diving on him by 50 uniform pigs , but US cops are mainly carefully selected fat belly idiots who dont respect the badge but the power it gives them, so it's easy just to shoot a man. It's their job. Too many action movies and western shoot outs in black and white films i'd say..

Most of the Police in Liberal places such as San Francisco and Seattle are Nazis who purposely came here on a mission. They purposely come to places that are known to be Liberal because they don't want Blacks and Mexicsans, etc... to rise too high in social status.

Most of the Police that come to Liberal places are very racist and oppressive. They KNOW FOR A FACT that Blacks are oppressed in most places of the US, and that Liberals places are the only few bubbles where Blacks are not opressed to the point that they can't get anywhere in life. These cops purposely come here in order to "put the blacks in their place."

@capucchan8 and what does that have to do with the city being liberal? nothing at all. most of the cops believe in a religious god. it is not liberalism that causes this it the brain, cops feel so powerful that they abuse it. Oakland and Newark are religious cities and the cops there are brutal too.
