Phoebe had a severely brain-injured daughter, Valerie. Snow resolved not to institutionalize her but instead care for her at home, which she did until Valerie died on March 18, 2007 at the age of 31.

@Atomank68 i agree about the rotten guy in her life but it wasn't drugs that had her out of the spotlight. i believe she pulled back from her career when her daughter was born with autism. she would only take jobs where she didn't have to travel for quite awhile...she did lots of voice overs during those days.

I was merely pointing out that Phoebe's daughter's condition in all likelihood was the result of the acid and other drugs that were dropped by these two.
