I bought two of the singles, Freakshow and The Perfect Boy, today for $2 a piece. Very disapointed with the new songs. the b-sides weren't even good. Not sure how I'll feel about the rest of the album.

no c dan cuenta que no muchas bandas hacen videos asi ultimamente, todas tienen que hacer cosas exageradas para que asi llamen mas la atencion y para que el album venda mas, estrategias de marketing, the cure no necesita eso! y jamas lo ha necesitado, si ellos c sienten a gusto haciendo videos sencillos y con la misma tematica, es por que asi c sienten en este momento, no por que bajaron la calidad, ellos jamas han hecho cosas mediocres!, yo prefiero un video asi a uno mega comercial!...
en eso tienes mucha razón porque hay varios "artistas" que hacen videos-comerciales y la verdad es puro intento mediatico de las campañas publicitarias para llegarle al publico más voluble y así comprar las cosas que te ponen. No es un buen video pero si esta rifada la cancion

@ACrackInTheWall2006 The old B-sides (1980-1992) are way better than the songs in their albums from 1996-2004.
Coincidence or not, The Cure declined with the departure of Boris. Jason was not ready for such a great band like The Cure...

ehm, i think you're wrong.
these are the videos, since they're not doing anymore videoclips (RS said : they were not shown anywhere, so what's the point?)
and maybe, one day.... the version of the videoclips they shot (a different version of this studio-stuff, more Cure..according to RS) will surface.
but until then, these are the official videoclips to promote the singles.

me recuerda un poco el ritno de "rehab" de amy winehouse xD
el video cero aporte eso sí... qué lata, esperaba algo mejor...
pero la canción me gusta y el estilo de rob para cantar aquí =)

Tu lo has dicho. Ahora Cure ya ni se esfuerza por hacer cosas realmente buenas... ni música ni videos como puedes ver. Una pena realmente.
The Cure has to improve and get to the levels they once had.
