Authetic Moroccan food has not been influenced not even one bit by neither jewish nor French,it's actually the other way around. the french are using our techniques eveyday on almost all their signature dishes. Arabic yes. Moroccan Food is purely Berber and Arabic food. euro trash didnt even know what saffron and other spices were until we brought it .
