SOMEWERE in AUSTRALIA there is a camera that is filming just so people can view it. They use that camera to project on there Green Screen. That camera has some sort of ledge on it and a seagull is just right next to the camera. They just repeat that clip watch the cars in the background. its just so people watching news dont have to see him infront of a wall.
