That is the Walton Arts Center I believe and right there on the steps we would really draw a lot of people wanting to partake of our catchy rhythms and some sort of artistic spontaneous community gathering...open to believers and non believers alike, the requisite was, have fun, listen, dance, celebrate music and cultural diversity.
