HAHAHA....I live in NC and have gotten three seatbelt tickets in the last six years. They are serious about it like he said. I've always loved the Ernest movies. It's just cool to hear one of your favorite people mention your home town, espically because it's not like LA or NYC or these big cities. RIP man.
