@termin800r no it's not read your owners manual or call ski doo they will tell u the weight! Ur prob reading the dry weight, the wet weight is 580lbs depending on what shocks u have and accessories it can be 40lbs lighter! But no lighter if u don't believe me go on ski doo website and look for yourself but it's not under 500lbs!

Yamaha does not make the lightest 4 stroke they weight 660lbs wet weight were ski doos 4 stroke weighs 580lbs wet weight Check your FAQS next time! I own a yamaha 4 stroke and even I know this!
