Very interesting article! It seems to me that, after the finish-date change, the graphical indicators remain visible. When a different finish-date is changed in the same project, the initiate indicators will still be visible. How can i handle that? And when, I would like to undo my initiate finish-date change, the indicators still remain visible, how can i handle that?

Thank you very helpful.. you wouldn't know a why to diferentiate two types of work types, (1) normal work and (2) Work but no travel. In my job we need to differentiate ebtween the two especially when resources are scheduled
I would like to know, if MS project can give the actual no. of manpower need for every task that i have. and in the end of the schedule i want to know if I can simply calculated the no. of workers that i may need and if possible as well as the no. of machinery that I required as well. thanks hope MS have this kind of strength. thanks
Hi. As the project manager you need to enter estimates for the resources needed for each individual task (people and/or machinery, materials), using your own expert judgment of that of your team leads. (You could make use of saved schedule templates to make this easier on future occasions.) Then, Project can roll-up this data to give you a resource plan over time, showing how many of each resource you need each day, week, hour or whatever. Take a look at the Resource Usage view.
This really helped me. You mentioned in the video that you could set indicators to track trends of interim plans over time. Any plans to show how to do that Sir ?
Hi......thanks for the feedback. That particular indicator is something we often deploy to our clients, so I can't make it available globally as a video. Send me a separate email by all means and we can maybe address your needs off line.
What a great change from the normal project management presentations! Interesting, charming, and exceptionally informative. Sir Ganttalot knows his stuff!
"In fact, you and the Colonel bear a striking resemblance... Pyah!" You're my hero good sir!

You should use E for Error and R for review.

Hi Sir,
CAN YOU PLEASE CLEARLY DEFINE EARNED VALUE, PLANNED VALUE, BAC, EAC, etc? I`M ALWAYS CONFUSED ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ALL OF THEM.

Hello Sir Ganttalot,
This video was very informative and useful is a good way of tracking changes in the project without baseline.
Thanks a lot for this informative video
