Probably not as high as insurance covering damage from evangelions,especially coverage which include damage caused by Unit-02 in particular.

That's true,but the damage caused by unit-01 most likely wouldn't be covered by an insurance agency because the total destruction caused by it would be so high that covering damage caused by unit-01 would be rather pointless.

The damage caused by unit-02 I think could still be covered as the worst it did to Tokyo-3 in the case of it's battle against the 15th angel,while still high, was nowhere near what unit-01 was responsible for up to the end of EoE.
