Yea It does. but only rele on the first drop. The rest of the rides pretty easy going rele even compared to alot of the smaller coasters. Like...The big dippers tend to pull ur stomach the whole way round but the Max is jus focused on the first drop. Only lasts a few seconds

i reckon people hate it coz theyre scared of it, i used to be scared of it but i strapped myself to it and it was bloody brilliant, nothing compares to the feeling of being 'kin well high up and knowing youre gunna plummet to possible certain injury perhaps.

OMG haha shut up. When it first opened back in 1994 there was a very minor accident which involved the collision of 2 trains. Luckily nobody was seriously injured however the ride was closed for 2 months afterwards for maintenance checks. Since then (14 years later) the ride has been in full operation, only ever having to close if the wind in blackpool is too high.Nobody has ever even come close to 'decapitating' themselves.The track is pieced a good few meters apart(from its out and back layout

sailor moon you are correct, when i was on this ride it seems you have to duck to avoid being decapitated but then i asked a member of staff and he assured me that it is just an illusion nd that you would need to be at least 6 foot 10 for your head to hit the bar

I was so disappointed with this ride. After the first drop (which is good) the hills are very shallow. I think the Big Dipper is better, it has steeper drops.
