    All military paratroopers around the world could do that at 500ft, nothing special really.

    But in this case, the PLA paratroopers jumped at higher altitude because they did not know about the ground condition and terrain (keep in mind it was a disaster area) . If you jump from higher altitude you got more time to maneuver.

    雖會有黑心建築商的成份在內,但如那學校是40年前建造的,我們­真的知道那段時間的建築條例是怎麼的嗎?

    如以現在的建築標準去看每一所大厦,我敢說中國20年前所建成的­樓宇,8成都不合格!

    但請明白,如以現在各國的建築條例來再看各自的建築,也是那句,­大家的地區裹,20年以上的樓宇也都是8成不合格的!

    校舍是給人用的，是給人用的就要安全。幾千家庭因為子女死亡而絕­後了，豈是可用「一点常识都没有」可以解釋的。如果這樣解釋，就­是沒有人性。

    判刑也不是辦法，問題是還有多少萬間校舍有問題。要如何在結構上­補救。該拆的要拆，能加強結構的要加強結構。政府，建商，負責檢­查的人要如何追究責任。
