hey,the first thing i noticed when i turned this on is how long your stirrups were. i was riding a small pony who jumped really round and i fell off to, and i had no control because my stirrups were to long.

i would go up one ot two holes, or whatever fits your leg better.

try it and see if it makes a difference [:

he's just very tolerant and well trained. some horses would stop at that height if they are set up for a bad distance.

well i had a cuncussion i dont even remember doing this class and my trainer told me that i wasnt riding like i normally did in this video. And if i would have known something was wrong with me i would have stopped after my first fall. So thanks but im well aware of this, but dont say i dont look like i dont even know how to ride because obviously i do know how to ride. I jump 4ft+ now and sry if i sound rude but i take my riding very seriously and dont get to do much like most riders can.

Try no stirrups at the barn! It will make your leg tighter and you will be able to site better in the saddle. Don't go so fast! Get the horse on the bit and go slower! If you don't turn so early and you look ahead more you'll get bettr distances and less refusals and poles, and you can be straighter, too.

Yea i know, how to ride and such i do, do no stirrups at my barn. its just that here i was riding with a cuncussion w.o knowing it cause in my level 1 course when i fell thats when i got it. But i ride ALOT better then this.

good, but you need to half-halt your horse before jumps. the second jump was rushed and a halfhalt would have given your horse more time to collect himself.

Just watch your lines into the jump you started off nicly but then the horse got unbalanced and disunited which probobly resulted in the refusal

you seemed more comfortable at the start and the lost you balance a little, when you fell and your horse refused try staying in a firm upright position until you are 100% sure your horse is going over with or without you.
