  • @sexynightmare1366 Yes, regular salt.

  • How to quick chill your drink!

    You will need - Ice.

Well that just makes the experiment pointless.

  • I found a new envention! it is called a freezer!

  • @eddie12345611 howd you invent a freezer if you cant spell it

  • Ok why the hell do you have to add suger it does not do anything at all!

  • @alexlol35 salt, not sugar. It actually makes the water colder. I don't know why but it does xD

  • @alexlol35 Salt helps the ice get dry which makes the water colder.

  • @dannywatchout salt stops the water molecules from bonding and forming ice crystals

  • How to chill your drink in less than a minute!

You will need the following things: A cup, some ice, and your drink.

    1. Pour some ice into the cup.

    2. Pour your drink into the cup.

    3. Enjoy.

    3.Done :)...

  • @tabascoshrimpj ownd

  • you copy kipkay

  • @nukleheadmcspazotron this was made b4 kipkays video :P

  • yea because the salt acts like a cooling solvant to help cool faster thats why most bars use this souloutionn

  • @tosh6100

No. That’s technically not what the salt does. The ice is water at 15-deg or so (the average temp of our freezers). Salt melts this ice without raising its temp, allowing it to combine with the liquid tap water faster. Depending on the amounts of each, you can end up with liquid water that is below freezing temp. The advantage of having liquid water at freezing temp is that it contacts the cans everywhere, increasing the surface area for the cans to transfer heat to the water.

  • HERE IS MY SOLUTION...

    1.)PUT DRINK IN FREEZER

    2.)TAKE OUT AFTER 15 MINUTES

  • @BMWM3GTRGUARDIAN Slower.

  • @BMWM3GTRGUARDIAN Your stupid

  • You can also put it in the fridge for about the same time..........

  • @AlbinoSquidman Still way slower.

  • red bull gives you wings

  • lol it sounds like rambo is talking

  • i use ice...

  • @xbox360monkey too slow!

  • @SonicSpeed55 lol i will do that

  • your gonna want to walks the can before u drink it

  • Why not just put the ice cubes in water only and put your drinks in that?

  • @999124999 Ever wonder why the water up around the North Pole can be below 32 degrees? It's supposed to freeze at that temperature, but because there's salt in the water, it freezes at a much lower temperature. Basically, the water that your drinks are floating in can get much colder.

  • Lies, lies, lies

  • @onenickelmiracle

    This really works.

  • @onenickelmiracle nuh-uh. works amazingly, seriously. this is how I chill my dad's beers when he forgets he has a fridge :)

  • @arisesupermaus lmao!!! XDDDDDDDDDDD

  • @stealthsk8terz no no seriously :P

  • @onenickelmiracle it actully does work.well

  • and when youve done all of this, enjoy drinking the salt water that has acumulated around the top of the can :D

  • Ice makes drinks cold?! wat.

  • Easier:

    1. Pour drink in cup

    2. Put the ice IN the cup

    3. Slosh it around a bit

Cold on just a couple of seconds :D

  • @Fillrish what if your alergic to cups??? ;D

  • kipkay did it already

  • fucker copying Kitnip

  • @MrRenegade891 thats not fast...

  • @demnslayer09 i meant a freezer, i bet it will be like frozen with 5-6 mins.

  • @MrRenegade891 It takes like 45mins to an hours to get it real chill. This is a lot faster.

  • @workshop4life1 i meant a freezer

  • @MrRenegade891 IT takes a long time

  • @BooyaaPwned dude before you reply to me look at all the other who did and it will anser ur questions

  • sugar free redbull?! u make me sick :)

  • dont u have a fridge???

  • so pretty much just add salt.

  • Delicious Soda? IT"S REDBULL.

  • or put it in your fridge and take a nap

  • @CrystalHollow1 i'd rather wait 4-6 minutes -_-

  • cool!...

  • if i did this at a party...

    1. i wouldnt get laid

    2. i'd get all my drinks stolen

    3. i'd get the pot of icey water over my head

id rather use an oven to chill my drinks.

  • @iGoshiix Pretty gay friends id say LOL

  • @MasteryVault I rekon lol

  • wait... putting your drink on ice makes it cold?!

  • @TheMrarianneyvonne WIth salt. The water in cold zones like the atlantic sea, is below 0, whch means it should freeze, but because of the salt it doesnt

  • if you have that much ice with you why dont u put it in your drink

  • @925javier Hahaha Ikr!

  • stolen from Kipkay, lol!

  • @RrandomSshit yh lol

  • @RrandomSshit yes that what i was thing

  • no wonder u drink to much redbull

  • ur smart (sarcastically)

  • We need a product like a microwave but instead of heating cooling!

  • @Criz909Jp its called a freezer

  • @eminem0980 but i mean instantly like the microwave that takes like one minute to cool stuff

  • Not plenty of salt! Plenty of ice* lol

  • @DeniZg200 Err.. no! The more salt there is the more chilled the ice gets. The salt lowers the freezing point of the water. The ice causes it to not freeze, making the water colder. With less salt over a big surface area the water would not become cold enough. =).

  • Whats the salt do?

  • @emcp7 The salt lowers the water's freezing point. The ice then cools the water below 32 degrees and cools the drinks faster.

  • @JustinTime0710

yeah you got that from kipkay XD

  • @xshufflex1 Yep sure did! haha

  • @JustinTime0710

XD i did the same at school in natural science or whatever its called and now i went from an F to a D XD

  • the best way--pour some cold drink in a glass and put some ice cubes in it

  • @IlikeASUS cool way

  • ripoff of ipkay

  • I used liquid nitrogen, it was super effective.

  • to get my dirnks cold i put them in the fridge

  • @aussieosbourne seems you take your fridge everywhere

  • i just used liquid nitrogen. works faster than just ice.

  • @akseli1111 you'd freeze your drink too ... -_-"

  • @akseli1111 oh im sorry some of us just dont bother getting "liquid nitrogen" and wasting money when we can use simple old-fashioned ice, salt and water

  • or you can put it in the snow

  • redbull diet= aspartame = search ASPARTAME

  • i bet it will taste salty because the lip you drink fro is saltified

  • @TheyCallMeThePro lol saltified

  • umm just stick them in the freezer for 5 minutes

  • @rabbanif it gets cold faster if you add salt to the water.

  • @rabbanif this is for use outdoors, like with grill parties.

  • for all the people who don't understand the simple science to why this works......adding salt LOWERS THE FREEZING POINT OF WATER so the temperature of the ice bath can get even colder, thus freezing the soda can more quickly

  • get ice put in cut pour drink in cup wait 15 secs cold.

  • while doing that it will just take as much time as putting it on the freezer???

  • while doing that will take time just the same time as putting ur drinks at the freezer

    :/

  • Yeah but what if the salt is on the lid still? Wouldn't that make the drink salty? Aw whatever, this is good if you have a party and you need last minute cooling. Thanks~

  • im pretty sure by the time ive gathered all this stuff and did it i couldve put it in the fridge and it would be done :P

  • @fortfish6 yea i know the thing that sucks is that you have to do so much stuff that the out come isnt even worth it

  • Drink it room temp, pussies!

  • when i saw the ice i was like "NAWWWWWWW, REALLY? I NEVER KNEW ICE COULD COOL A DRINK DOWN..... retards"

  • @AnderZ312 lol

  • or you could use liqud nitrogen

  • this was a disappointment

  • u got that fro m kipkay

  • or you could pour into cup and add ice.

  • unfortunately the can will taste like pure salt

  • Step 1: Buy cold drinks

  • T.T

Should Have just put it in the freezer....

  • all youll need for this is... ice water and salt... well actually you just need ice

  • step 1 : open up your soda can

step 2 : get glass of ice

step 3 : pour the two inside a cup

respect the great law of common sense

  • I learned this in 2nd GRADE!!

  • how did I end up watching this video

  • totally been done on mythbusters already. It's actually quicker to empty a CO2 fire extinguisher into a cooler (it cools the drinks down the fastest)

  • @ALPHADOG3 Yah, i totally hav fie extinguishers I'm willing to waste all over the damn place.

  • @ALPHADOG3 Who has that many fire extinguishers around the place? if you do, well then sorry. but certainly most normal people dont!

  • I'm better off throwing it in Liquid Nitrogen.

  • Visit for create your own free Website step by step training Visit Dreamweavercstutorials.co.cc

  • now did Mythbusters do this first or you??????

  • dude that redbull made me thirsty

  • Just throw it in your freezer for a minute.

  • kipkay did this

  • didnt they already invent something like this called, A COOLER?!?!!?!

  • @cokefanatics678 Made in June 03,2008

  • my crinks will get cold without the salt and wont put a bad taste on the can

  • Drink your delicious.... *looks at red bull* ......soda.

  • Simple Chemistry!!!

  • In Soviet Russia, drink chills you.

  • @raxcax kewl
