@jbm602920 Anytime you clean up your diet, perform ab exercises on a regular basis, and lift some weights you will always create a slim waist with subtle abs and more importantly a toned athletic body.
Ummm, beehot24, are you forgetting to tell the ladies that doing cardio with weights on, puts anyone at risk to developing Degenerative Disc Disease, bulging of lower discs which can cause compression, central stenosis, and osteoarthritis of the lower lumbar region in areas from L1 to S1 of the spine??? You know what that is right??? Beehot24, you are selling a quick fix. Which in turn will lead to painful long term effects...
Also, Tuna... Too much Tuna in ANYBODY'S SYSTEM, MEN or WOMEN especially Women is dangerous. You cannot eat too much Tuna. You can only eat 1 to 2 serving per week, or less. There is WAY TOO MUCH MERCURY in Tuna ... Come on...If you're going to give fitness and dietary information (Because you're not a nutritionist), be responsible, be professional. Go to school, become a pro! Stop reading fitness magazines because you are going to kill someone with your nonsense!
definately the perfect workout especially for the back. i know that after a while the foot raise excercises to the ceiling will seem like you arent doing themm. do them to your fav tv show and break in the commercial or vice versa.... when ur done your show youre dont your workout . or just begun depending on some lol
For the longest time I just could not figure out where I should start my work out, how and what I should do. I'm only 110-114 lbs so there isn't lots to loose but want to be in great shape. This video helped me out so much and clarified what I need to do, how I need to do it and when. Thanks :)
Good diet advice. Most girls eat lean, but it's all carbs...PROCESSED carbs (crackers, baked chips, etc). They skip the protein, then wonder why they're 120lbs, but 40% body fat.
This a great video...you do an awesome job..I have posted them on my fitness page I have for face book...i truly hope your a trainer!!! great information.... thank you so much...
i'm trying to lose some stomach fat than get some sexy feminine abs. i've been eating really healthy (veggies, fruits, no junk at all and of course some grilled fish or chicken). i lift weights and do some cardio. any other suggestions because i don't see much results. (weight:117 height:4'9 age:17, 18 in 4 months)
Good ad routine! This area is always a problem for me. I'm the slim girl with a little pooch. Not a good look lol. I'm actually trying to gain weight and have been working on my abs with light cardio to avoid getting a gut. However, lately it appears that I'm losing weight. Do you think it is counter productive to do cardio when I'm trying to put on weight?
@rubykat11 If your thin, DO NOT do cardio. I have mentioned this in past videos. If you weightlift and are pretty slim and thin, the weightlifting will shed whatever fat you have with no need to do cardio. But you have to weightlift the upper and lower body! Trying to get bigger, there is a catch, your waist will get bigger! But that is ok if your waist is currently small. You will get abs, your hips will get bigger! Use Ab exercises to keep your waist toned during weight gain. Short workouts!
Thanx man u r so motivating keep em coming, i just got back from the gym did legs and butt and now im eating grilled tilapia and asparagus. I have 1 question for u, im 180lbs was 193lbs, want to be a very lean some what muscular 150lbs, i decided to do intense cardio every other day, because i dont want to lose all my hips and legs (sprints mainly and stairs), do u think this is a smart technique? by the way 1st commenter yay! lol.
@Yakiniful The main thing is you have to shed all the access fat from your body. Their is no point to have semi-large hips but an overweight waist and chest. Your cardio workout sounds great, keep it up! Remember large hips is from genetics, toned body is from hard work! If your toned, your body will look proportionate, so you will have an attractive hip size. (You could also go for a thick look, but waist will not be very defined=lift heavy on lower only with 20lbs left to lose, keep cardio).
love this!!!!!!!!!!! how long to see results?
