molten core is still the best instance in the entire game. followed by bwl. aq40 is when it started going downhill. naxx was the nail in the vanilla game's coffin.

I disagree with a lot of what you write. Molten Core is one of the most annoying instances, whilst BWL introduced some more interesting fights whilst still having filler ... AQ40 added a lot of interest fights, although there was arguably too much trash (as in MC). Naxx however was the best instance Blizzard ever made. You missed out on raiding Naxx, as it truly was an awesome instance. Hard as nails but incredibly enjoyable all the way.
how can you not love mc? it was so much fun to wreck that place, and all of the bosses were memorable and fun. i think every old schooler has spent more time in mc than any other instance, thus has more memories in mc.bwl was kinda blended together since they were all just fucken dragons, but still. yes, aq40 bosses were interesting, but they were almost too "out there" to be enjoyable, at least to me. i loved the event to open the gates though. my server was the first pve to open it.... crazy.
i remember raiding this shitty dungeon when it first came out, wiping to all the annoying bosses (huhuran being the most annoying), and then looking at how many days played i had and decided to quit. i quit before any guild was able to kill huhuran
40 mans were the only fun this game ever had. tbc killed all fun. the only people that continue to play this game are the ones who are too far gone to care anymore, and the new faggots that started playing within the past month.

I use a lot of addons and the interface is all custom put together by me so you can't find the layout anywhere.
Some of the big ones: Pitbull, Bartender, Omen, Grid, ElkBuffBars, Prat, EEpanels, simpleminimap, classtimers, Miks scrolling battle text.
Putting it all together is a lot of work :) GL
