  • Love this free-form type of video. Perhaps you could do a weekly radio show where you are able to discuss in more detail the types of lifestyle choices which help motivate and provide the building blocks of wellness / fitness. Thank you for your insight and extremely needed criticism of the way people over use the word spiritual.

  • Thanks for this Tara. I totally agree that when you practice yoga regularly, it can make a difference. The problem for me is that I seem to go in spurts - I practice regularly for a time and then life seems to get in the way. Can 10 min a day of your videos (at times) be enough to keep me from losing that awareness? I find that a few days of not practicing leads me to want those salty snacks...

  • I definitely believe that Yoga makes you mindful of what you eat. I recently started practicing yoga regularly and I have noticed the difference in that my body no longer wants the usual crap I feed it but it instead craves more healthy and nutritious foods. It's amazing(:

  • I really appreciated that. I've been doing yoga with mainly your videos and a few others and sometimes I forget that I'm supposed to be tuning into my body and mind off the mat as well as on the mat. That definitely gives me something to focus on and try to improve. Thanks! : )
