Is it me or is this the only thrash metal band that has a vocalist who actually sings, instead of the typical harsh vocals? It sounds kinda nice... ;)
@WolfgangVonPoserkila Yepp, too bad there are no songs about the other nuclear massacres of Soviet military, like the horrible live war exercise Zhukow ordered in the 50's or the nuclear bomb they detonated just 100 km from my place of birth to seal a mine....but the current situation cries more for Destruction's "Frustrated"
Yeah, they're back putting together their long dormant 3rd full-length, although with the original singer, not Alan Tecchio who is on this song. Check their MySpace at /officialwatchotwer
@Samoriah : No, you're not the only one!! I can't imagine anyone would want to hear that Axl Rose wannabe instead of Alan... just look at their resumes... Alan: Hades, Non Fiction... that other squawking douchebag: Dangerous Toys... 'nuff said!!!
@largesam72 Ron did a couple of tours playing guitar in Marty's solo band - check out the 'Exhibit B - Live In Japan' DVD clips here on YouTube. There is also a separate 'Live in Europe' CD. Marty in turn recorded a guest solo for the SPASTIC INK - 'Ink Compatible' CD which features vocals by Jason McMaster and bass on a song or two by Doug Keyser. Btw, Ron's album with BLOTTED SCIENCE is the sickest shit EVER!
@largesam72 Btw, WATCHTOWER have just released their first new song in 20 years! It's available as a download from Amazon (search for 'The Size of Matter') and streaming on their MySpace player. Awesome track and killer guitar work by Ron.
Thanks for posting. The metal world was not ready for the mighty Watchtower in the 80's but tit is great to see them getting recognition they truly deserve.

Shame I like Tecchio better (I seem to be the only person who prefers him I have seen)
But I would love to get their new album.
