Right, what they forget to say is that it's a cheap compensation for 2 full days of non working device for almost every owners of blackberries. It's a cheap way to pay us back, and it makes them look like we're close and all that stuff. But serisously, I had to pay for another phone because I can't allow myself to have no phone for 2 days, and ability to download few useless apps that will slow my phone and ruin its battery just won't do the trick.
