@LoveBugg I was not a missionary. I am an American who was working with the Moz government. I did not stay in the ugliness, I stayed far away from the ugliness (Arco Iris). There are many foreigners in Pemba who are not missionaries. We were trying to better Mozambique, but Iris ministries and their crazy cult always got in the way. You probably weren't in Pemba very long and don't know the community well, I lived there for 2 years and I can tell you that Mozambicans do not want Iris in Pemba!

I lived in Pemba for two years. Heidi Baker and her cult brought a lot of ugliness to an otherwise beautiful place. The vast majority of the community regards them as lunatics. They are a very dangerous group andMozambique would be much better off without them.

If you are so wise, explain why the Gospel of Matthew says Jesus first met the disciples on a mountain in Galilee while the 3 others state he met them in a house in Jerusalem for the first time. They cant ALL be right......

This is just one of hundreds of internal contradictions.

Mine says "He appointed them" (Matthew 28:16) It never says "First meeting." Theres also probably more to it as well, there must have been a reason they set forth to go up. The bible isn't very detailed, that's the only confusion.

Matthew 28:9 is the first meeting, then they set a trip to Galilee after, with Jesus.

'Then Jesus appointed with the 11 disciples as they went into Galilee.' It never says first meeting of any of the disciples.

It doesn't mention the rest of the brethren, but I'm thinking there was something similar to a crowd(or a larger group). ("and some doubted")

It's your assumption that you think he didn't meet all of them for the first time in 9.

All it says is that he accompanied the 11 disciples as they traveled to Galilee.

I know you want to prove it wrong so bad, but making pessimistic assumptions is even worse than making optimistic assumptions.

The writer is not a liar, and has no motivations to lie about this part of history.
