  • rofl @ the nerd warcraft lore conversation going on. what a bunch of gimps.

  • yup :P

  • aww its so cute :D

  • I have read every quest.

Your comparison is flawed, its not applicable to make as the Grimtotem, while controversial, have a place among mainstream Tauren society. Though they only number say a 1000, there are not many Tauren from my understanding.

Further, comparing them to the highborne of the kal'dorei is flawed. The highborne essentially became either the quel'dorei (high elves / blood elves), naga, and / or the satyr depending on their level of addiction to the arcane.

  • Correction, quel'dorei refers to the highborn. Sin'dorei to high elves. Anyways, basically there are no more highborn night elves with the notable exceptions of maybe the Shendra'lar in Dire Maul, but they seem relatively reasonable, much more reclusive than anything else.

  • I don't get what you are trying to get at. You play Horde, but you have this belief that Arthas is part of it. I mean seriously, have you not done any of the newest expansion. Then you go on to consider the horde evil, I just don't get. I personally think your an alliance scum.

  • Is not the entire Silver Covenant comprised of High Elves?

  • The Highborne Nightelves invited the Burning Legion into Azeroth so they could wipe out all the other races therefore being the only ones left and thus being the only race left. They even turned on their own and attempted to slaughter them first. Called War of the Ancients. Grimtotem Tribe wants the same thing. If you don't believe me, then look it up!

  • Incorrect. The alliance never hints at the Defias Brotherhood being aligned in any manner to them whatsoever. They were disgruntled workers and stonemasons who were not paid upon the rebuilding of Stormwind, at least initially. The Grimtotem tribe has representatives in Thunder Bluff (again, Magatha Grimtotem on the Elder Rise); there are no representatives of the Defias Brotherhood or Van Cleef (minus NPCs in prison in the stockades). I'm a loremaster on two horde characters.

  • Okay, so, I went and looked up the Grimtotem tribe. They number less then 1000 of the whole Tauren and they are not very like amongst the Tauren. They are frowned upon and Cairne is completely opposite of their ways. One could argue that the Highborne Elves are the Epitomy of the this tribe. Want to see all other races dead and they be the only ones left. Yeah, Cairne like Thrall is about peace. Magatha wants to see everyone dead including the Tauren who dont share this vision

  • I never said that defias was part of the Alliance. I was making a point on how much the totem tribe was in the horde via the defias. They want the orcs dead. And they want any Tauren who don't share their philosophy also dead. And by the way, just because you've done all the quests in kalimador and E. Kingdoms doesn't mean you know anything. Unless you have read every single quest, then don't pull your loremaster goggles on because your a fraud. O and yes, I have.

  • i got muck today

  • I take it your an alliance cowardice scum. What, you think your little humans and pretty nightelves stand a chance. We might be disgusting to you, but never forget, we leveled your cities to the ground and slaughtered those who were considered impenetrable Alliance coward!

  • Does it make you righteous that you burned our cities to the ground and slaughtered many innocent lives? Just makes you more disgusting, savage, heartless beasts.

  • Yes under the rule of Gul'dan, we became savages slaughtering and maiming everything in our path. We are under the rule of Thrall, never forget that. Do not forget Alliance fool, your precious races have caused Azeroth more folly then good. I.E. Arthas, Illidan, Kael'thas, and that's just getting started! We have Ner'zhul and Gul'dan, that's it. Your precious prince, slaughtered and raised his own people to undead. Learn to lore!

  • Do you ever go out? : /

  • yes mr. Iluvbobpage, I go out a lot actually, but, I tend to enjoy reading great books during my break times at work and also before i go to bed. :)

  • Arthas would technically be considered horde, as would Kael'thas. Arthas was the prince of Lordaeron, whose territory now is now ruled by the Forsaken (former Lordaeron citizens), and Kael'thas was a blood elf. You are forgetting other horde such as Teron Gorefiend, Vol'jin, and arguably the Grimtotem tribe.

  • uptilldawn, um, where do you get that arthas would be considered horde. You do realize that your argument shown in a court of law wouldn't hold any ground. Arthas returned to Lordaeron with the banner of the Alliance and then proceeded to kill his own people only to turn them into a undead army. The reason the Forsaken exist is because he lost some of his power due to Ner'zul's incomplete armor. Yes the shadow council was evil to the core. Vol'jin, as in the leader of the darkspear trolls..

  • Vol'jin's tribe shed their blood w/ the alliance during the third war against Archimonde when Thrall and his Horde showed up to kick burning legion ass. Yeah, Grimtotem tribe is as much in the horde as the Defias Brotherhood is in the Alliance. Kael'thas was not part of the horde, he left Azeroth for Draenor and the small sect left back on Azeroth split off and joined the Alliance. My final argument, The horde isn't under the rule of Blackhand or Doomhammer anymore. It's under Thrall.

  • Actually technically the Grimtotem are a part of the horde. Magatha Grimtotem is found in Thunder Bluff and has been plotting against Caine from what quests hint. Also, if you're going to talk about how the horde burned down the alliance cities and did so well against them, you also have to consider they had made a pact with the Burning Legion AND were under the leadership of Doomhammer. They are not the same military force and they do not possess the same amount of power.

  • You are out of your mind. I've done every Horde quest out there. I've killed Grimtotem tribe people myself on my Tauren Druid. How ironic. Yep, Vancleef is as much in the Alliance as the Grimtotem tribe is in the Horde. Yes we burned down Stormwind, in the first war under the evil tyrant Blackhand and Doomhammer almost laid waste to the Elven lands. We are under Thrall's leadership and we are still as powerful because we still have bloodlust. We have forsaken those ways for the Shaman ways.
