Anybody does not spent much for a car that will be useless. I think the car on this test had been repaired and sold cheaper than the ones without damage history. Of course such a speed is not acceptable but the strength of the chasis differs if the car has a demage history.
@MrRomuloRs esse é o pior cenário possível, muito raro encontrar uma barreira como essa em alta velocidade, mas o estrago já era previsível! mesmo se fosse a 100 km/h já iria destruir o carro por completo!
