The amazing thing here was these kids seem at oldest 8 YEARS OLD! Most of the black stereotypes (gang bangers, thieves, loud etc) are from teenagers. However, after this incident, Tyler Perry took all of these kids to Disneyworld for a weekend which was very nice of him.

Story clearly said that the kids had paid to swim at the private club. That means that they had just as much right to be there as anyone else.
