All i have to say is being stood in the hacienda in 1988/89 and hearing 2 in a room or jungle brothers used to blow the place up, and this was the coolest club with the coolest most knowledgeable kids and dj's..

hiphouse had its place in the origins of acid house/detroit techno/chi town house. and the scene in general..

There were some quality hiphouse tunes that stood out and ..But the artist's you mention were true innovators and are firmly my school.. :)
