  • annnnnnooooooying voice

  • That was insane :)

  • good tutorial i wish all were like this

    just improve res..

  • great tute

  • makes this look easy... there must be a million functions... i can remember when i started illustrator and just never have worked with points and trying to work out its functions took me around 3 years.. just started using solid works at uni, its easyer than formz

  • Thanks this is terrific! Thoroughly informative!

  • hey guy, can u make a tutorial explaining how to make a hook using a loft? i'm going crazy!!! -.-"

  • I'm training in Solidworks after knowing Form-z. I love your vids and find them truly valuable! Keep 'em coming!

  • speaks like joker in batman dark knight...

  • So I am using Solid Edge and some of your features don't exist there. Indent for example. But that's not my main problem. In Solid Edge you can't just uncheck "merge" and get two solids. Everything always merges. Do you or does anyone happen to know solid edge and have an idea how to make more than one body in one document without having an assembly?

  • yeahh... me too

  • ack you smack your lips a lot

  • When I choose for tool body region, Why can I not select the whole body of the thing.

I only can select surfaces... help me.. please

  • that's very nice

if you want to see advanced modeling look at

    Solidworks Quick model of hand

and if you have any questions,

    don't be affraid to ask

    J.

  • Superb - hope to see a lot more of your tutorials.

  • Great tutorial. Very helpful. Thanks.

  • I like how solids save you so much time, but in the other hand surfaces are more flexible(more time consuming). I guess it all depends on the piece you are modeling.

  • I have never used the indent tool, looks very helpful, thank you. I would of used a surface fill with a couple of constraint curves to mimic that indent...Not very logical, haha.

  • Interesting building method, you start from a solid. I would of lofted the whole thing in surfaces, then I would of closed out the shape (surface fill top and bottom), then I would proceed to knit all of the surfaces, go to boss-bose/thicken/Create solid from enclosed body. After having the solid I would of shelled it...It's just another way.

  • Holy crap! I've never used the full round command, nice!

  • thank you

  • very good work thanks

  • i work with all day in highschool. im a noob on it haha
