  • I would have just sanded down little plastic dongle thing that comes with the camera...

  • @DackIsBack Roughing up the plastic with a file and sandpaper was the first thing I tried, but it didn't work well, and the plastic bit kept popping out. The plastic piece is also rather small and hard to handle, so I like my solution a little better.

  • Where can I buy the shutter lock/stopper?

  • @RyanXHavok There isn't anyplace to buy them, but as shown, you can make one of your own. If you are unable to make one, contact me via email on my website.

  • does this work for diana f+?

  • @24nocomply Yes, it will work with the Lomography Diana + and F+, as well as vintage Diana cameras.

  • Thank you! I lost my shutter release lock about 2 seconds after unpacking my camera. :) Your trick works like a charm.

  • hmm i see the 2 dots on the side of my lense but when i try and twist it off it doesn't seem to be coming off, i don't want to force it and break it

  • Hey luckily I found it in the back of my car lol, but cheers anyway. Also I have just got my negatives back for a previous 120 film roll, anyone know some cheap places in the UK to get them developed?

  • Hey does anyone know where I can get a replacement frame from for a Diana? UK stores.

  • Contact the London Lomography office. If they have them available, they might be able to send you a replacement. As far as I know, you can't purchase replacements.

  • is that possible using the pinhole without removing the lens ?

  • yes, on the bottom turn it to "p" for pinhole

  • thats cool i'm going to try that.

  • hate that file sound

  • It feels like I'm going to break it! Can I break it?

  • that was REALLY helpful! thanks for that!

  • omg what is that disgusting useless brain doing in your skull

  • I haven't used the pinhole function of my Diana+ yet, but you won't see me fussing with this slippery piece of plastic! I'll use this device. Clever!
