You should do more videos, because you're a natural! "Mad skills" PLUS easy on the eyes. What can be bette than that? ;)
Thanks for the video, the pancit was a success. I used vegetarian chicken in mines, and added garlic. I used rice oil, and little of roasted sesame oil. I loved your idea on using batches, which is what I done also. Thanks for the post.
