@sweetbee06 That can be based off of personal preference and current hair condition. Personally for me I would only do this once a month at the most. I would set it and then wear my hair straight for two weeks and then back natural for one week. But everyones hair is different. If you are mostly setting your hair with the proper protectants and low heat it should be fine.
I am a fan of Paul Mitchell ;)), is there a wrap lotion product , in the Paul Mitchell line, similar to the Jane Carter Products. And, instead of blow drying could I just do a saran wrap method?
@lahana24 yes you could to the saran wrap method. my hair is so thick i have yet to do it as successfully as i would want but it is a great method also
It looked better before you ran the brush through it...I wish you would have just took the rollers out and styled from there...it was pretty straight then to me. Keep up the great work!
can i use very low heat weekly?

you can roller set and then wrap, I suggest using the saran wrap method. when the air gets dryer here i might be able to demo it

thanks for your comment
It did look straight on camera but if you look close it was still crinkly. Like I stated this was my first time trying this
