It's called gamble. In the path of radiance and radiant dawn, they released a special ability that allowed you to double your crit rate at the cost of half of your hit. I thought "Hey Rolf has enough power. If he crits that thing will be dead." Then he just missed....I got angry at the game and didn't play it until recently. ......I fucking hate gamble now......Never used it again. All I was trying to do was get Rolf some expeirence. Ended turn due to Rolf being the last person to move

This is all calculated BEFORE anything is animated.
