I just got this gem and it is worth the $4 price no doubt!! It takes about a half hour or so to get used to the strange controls... but when you do and start experimenting, hilarity ensues. Or you'll at least get a smile or two. Wonderfully unique experience

No, the game is "supposed" to be not a game at all, but a toy where you have fun, and mess around, and relax. The stretching and reporting is just part of the fun toy, but not required.
