You have a nice quality about your voice. I'm a 22 year old singer who has turned to the business of music. I'm currently finishing up my program in the business of music (in University) and will be a manager soon. I've also taught voice. I can honestly say that with some lessons (to help with diction, breath support and control), you just may have a shot... if you're interested. I listen to people's voices, and if I hear anything that I may be able to work with, I encourage it.

clarification on the "exhale" to support the note: I meant the exhale is through the mouth, of course. Just one thing, when starting off a line with the word "I" it sounds prettier if you avoid the temptation of saying "iiiii-I" - sort of sneaking into it. Just sing it as "I." I hope that made sense. You have a God-given talent- it is a gift, it cannot be learned. Not everyone can have a beautiful voice. I enjoyed listening and hope you liked my comments.

You're right, I really am a music lover, since I was a child (I'm still young though :)..) and I've been singing since I remember. I really enjoy to sing.. Can't explain that feeling. However, I've been hiding it from almost everyone... but now and then, the secret is being revealed.

. . . the way to get the maximum amount of air into your lungs w/out a gasping sound is a very quick, short but deep breath through your nose; with a very controlled exhale of breath with just enough air to support the note. You will find you can sing longer w/out breathing. Again, you have a lovely voice and I was very happy to listen and very happy to say it was a pleasure listening!!! I know, who am I? You have a beautiful voice, beautiful tone- there is a huge difference singing in a mic at home and recording in a pro. studio or singing w/pro. sound equip. in a theatre, so the recording quality was expected- I just listened to your lovely voice. Lara is nearly impossible to sing with and not sneak in an extra breath here and there while she continues on without breathing . . .
