Hello, I started watching your videos from the beginning a couple of weeks ago. I find your posts encouraging and admire your integrity. I am also wheat and dairy intolerant and have battled with trying to eliminate these things for YEARS! I have recently become vegetarian and am eating lots of fruit and veg. thank you for your inspiration - I like the idea of mono-fruit monday's and new beginnings/goals at the start of each month. thanks from another Natasha
in what videos did you specifially talk about how to feel full on the raw food diet? I have trouble feeling full. Also I can't buy most ingredients that you have, other than basic fruits and veggies.
@ThePreppyHippie you can jump back in eventually, it's about motivation and a positive, strong mental attitude. You have to think of the long term, your goals and be determined enough to reach them. One good thing to ask yourself is e.g. is this pizza going to make me regret after I eat it

Thats what I've been doing to keep my sanity in all this! When I eat out I'm a vegan. but all foods in the house are raw! though i am guilty of making veggie stews sometimes with my raw ingrediants. >_> but i'd say i am around 90% and content for now on what i am eating. though i might go 100% soon for a juice feast since i want to give my organs a nice resting period and chance to do some serious healing! =^-^= I'm already juicing too! I just need to get fully educated on juicing first! =^-^=
I get really tired when I drink green smoothy in the morning. Usually its 2-3bannana, 3cubes of pineapple and half a bunch of spinach. I thought I would have more energy but I am not
You might not be processing sugar well-- maybe a little bit of an overload. Instead of eating the fruit in a smoothie (which is broken down and then the sugar goes straight to your blood stream)-- instead, just eat fruit whole, like have mango or papaya-- that maybe better for you first thing in the morning. Green juice too is good. Later in the day have green smoothie and try adding a tsp or 2 of hemp seeds or chia seeds-- it'll slow down the absorption of sugar-- you won't get the sugar spike.

Another great video. Can you give us some ideas of vegetable/fruit combinations for juicing? Which ones taste good together.

Apples are fine with any vegetable juice. i also like adding blueberries or strawberries to my green juice! :)
