People talking shit on mongo for switch are just idiots or too young to know better. Skaters coming up in the 90's almost all pushed mongo switch.

JB Gillet, Kalis, Koston, Mayhew, Enrique Lorenzo, pretty much all my favorite pros pushed mongo, so of course I did the same. I still do.

It's only in the newer generation of skaters that came after the 2000's boom that "mongo" was seen as a negative thing so kids started coming up pushing regular for both.

Everyone saying Lavar has weak style need to watch his part in Trilogy. He is ridiculous! I honestly couldn't tell if he was goofy or reg after I saw it (the mongo added to that I guess). And in the late 90s I saw plenty pros skate in person and Lavar was by far one of the best and most consistent. I remember him and Willy Santos being really impressive in person. Most pros would fukk up a trick 30 times strait before they'd catch it. Homie ripped it w ease & steeze. T Hawk is awful at street.
