So before I climb this mountain I should climb Ben Nevis 2-3 times a month?

@JamieT96 Ben Nevis is 2-3 times HIGHER/LONGER than Mt. Monadnock which we hiked a few times/month. Ben Nevis would be good to do 2-3 times TOTAL just to know that you can do it. It's more equivalent to our Mt. Washington.
