  • Greg your a dumb ass I bet you never climbed up in a tractor in your miserable life so you have no clue what the situation really is/was first of all, and to put all the professional drivers in one category is making you look like the dumb ass without trucks you wouldn't even be able to eat or anything you take for granite the real menace to society is people like you that have no clue,so maby you should use that small brain of yours next time you try to use it just don't hurt yourself doing so

  • prapobarly a american truck driver, i bet a one with a chocolate face, american people r really stupid aint u

  • @MrPolishadam u mad bro?

  • TRUCK DRIVERS ARE A MENACE TO SOCIETY.

GREAT IDEA; GIVE THOSE WITH THE LOWEST IQs IN SOCIETY LICENSE TO DRIVE TONS OF HEAVY MACHINERY.

NO ONE WITH BRAINS WILL DRIVE A TRUCK BECAUSE IT PAYS SO LITTLE, SO ONLY THE DUMBEST ARE WILLING.

  • It is sad.

Type in you tube: GOPRO IN A 18 WHEELER

Thanks e have a good one.

  • This could have happend to anyone. I have always said - standards should be put in place. For example all bridges/over hangs should be set at 14'. All docks should be built to allow a 53' tractor trailor to pull in and dock. Routing should be clearly marked with detour signs in place to allow trucks to avoid "no truck areas". Bridges should be clearly marked. It sucks finding a Bridge your too heavy for after driving 150 miles, only having to turn around. Yet there is no place to turn around.

  • Swift, Werner, U.S. Express, J.B. Hunt and whatever...same bullshit different color truck.

  • and us express said they teach their drivers how to drive bullshit

  • @jonnboy1234567890 The training program at US Xpress is a joke, I used to train for them, but left because I refused to pass students that were unsafe, but USX would pass them anyway.

  • those overhead gas station canopies are so flimsy it'll come down with little or no ease. one came down near here because of water.

  • Good thing he did not kill someone.

  • u ass express

  • and i use to drive for that company,

  • c'est tres naze...............rien d'autre a faire que de publier des merdes pareils...?

  • I've been a professional bus operator for 12 years now and,one of the first things you are taught is to be aware of the width, height, length and, weight of your vehicle. If it looks too low to fit under then it is!!

  • @bulldog31960 You stupid bus drivers don't have nothing to say so shut the fuck up

  • @babyboo3571 Real tough guy huh? On the other end of a computer! My thoughts are that you are too stupid to drive anything, much less a car!!

  • @bulldog31960 fuck you monkey shit........bulldog = shit hole you like that don't you bullfag

  • @bulldog31960 run the road lets meet up sometime you stupiid fucking bus driver or wave at me ryman trucking,,,,,and ill show you what tough guy i am its a blue pete ill be seeing sstupid

  • @babyboo3571 Oh! Once again I am mortally wounded by your sharp wit. Calling me bullfag and monkey shit. How clever and once agin I must say how powerfully brave you are on the other end of a computer! You are definitely living proof that our educational system is failing and that there isn't enough room in the asylums. Thats all I'm gonna say. Bye bye sweetie! By the way say hello to your Dad while he cornholes you.

  • u s less express

  • Theres no excuse for that fuckup at all. That driver is a douchenozzle.

  • P.S There goes his piece of shit saftey bonus too!

  • I think that was my us xpress road raged trainer, the dude was the biggest asshole alive who was full of lies, he told me he was 50 and when i went to his house for a days rest his wife pulled out some jewelry and i saw his class of 85 h.s ring and this was in 2006..hahaha this crash dont suprise me they have you running more then your 70 hrs allows, this guy prob fell asleep, so if you see us xpress get the hell out of the way, tired driver comming at you!!

  • @dasmackman You ever hear the saying in trucking "it ain't for everyone"?

Every company I have ever worked for has run me over 70. That is the only way to make descent cash. I don't mind it as long as I am getting paid for it.

  • big company drivers suck just like their trucks do

  • The last time i drove any OTR truck was with usx. We had flat tops back then, and my home terminal was in fontana, ca. I drive down the road now and see the fantastic rigs these guys have now and i cant believe it!..After truck driving school, I trained with a trainer for 8 weeks and i was let loose. USX was a good company back then(92) I am thinkin about getting back to OTR. What do they pay per mile now? Are trucker showers getting any better? Are the DOT still a bunch of chicken shit's?

  • @barmtrail I drove with USX for about 6 months 2 years ago. They gave me the biggest piece of shit on the road. I sat for a week in my home town with out any break down pay due to their breakdown pay rules. That they dont mention in orientation. I left the company and came back and thats what I had to do to get a good truck. Other than that I had good frieght and good runs with good pay to go along with it. My uncle drives for them now and he told me they changed alot since i was with them.

  • @barmtrail. Yeah I drove for USX 4 6months 2 years ago. I was given a big peice of crap when I first went with them. I sat broke down in my home town without any pay due to their breakdown pay rules. That they didnt mention in orientation. I left the company for a week and came back. I had to do this to get a decent truck. My uncle drive for them and he told me they have changed for the better since I was with them. All trucks have GPS and Satellite radio now.

  • 13'6, but to be safe, I look for any clearance of 15' and above when pulling into some place.

Or better yet, the unused parking spaces of a small gas-station if their large enough.

Alot of places in the MidWest were cool with that.

  • I backed into a porn store building one time. My boss told me that if I mess up one more time I would be canned. I just had to get the newest issue of, "Barely Legal."

  • Yea! I know that, but I don't want to freak my students out too much. I was just saying that if you can't drive a manual shift truck you should'nt be driving one at all. The company I'm an o/o trainer requires 6 weeks training to become a driver after school. They also require only 6mths exp to train which is BS! I turned them down for my 1st 5 years on the job. What causes crap like this incident is most companies have the inexprianced training the inexperianced.

  • damn you must work for Swift, thats the only company i know that will let you train after 6mths 1st seat

  • No I don't. I'm an o/o trainer for a differant company. You would be suprized how many companies only 6 months experiance to train. Scary huh!

  • @trknadam No your scary o \o right from bugrking's drive threw,,,,,,,loser go get a real job

  • very true....

  • Why the hell would you try to pull an 18 wheeler through a small gas station! I'm pretty certain the driver's retarded ass got fired. I agree Volksman, I'm not suprised either. With a side camera, auto shift trans and a Nav system, how do you Fuck up driving a USXpress truck? USXpress drivers are'nt real truck drivers anyway! If you don't have the skill to drive a manual shift you shouldn't be driving a truck anyway! I drive a 13 sp Frieghtliner Classic XL. I'm a truck driver your not USXDriver!

  • .your a fucking joke. ive been driving for usx for 2 years.. and yes i have drove manuals, and personally i would prefer one. not having a stick doesnt make u a "non trucker" as u claim. at the end of the day the purpose of us truckers are to deliver our loads, and put food on our familys table. not see how good we can float gears all day. regardless were getting miles so who fucking cares about auto shift trucks. were providing for our family arent we?. so get over with ure big ass ego

  • If you never drove one outside of truckdriving school it does! If someone can't even figure out how to atleast double clutch a standard tranny he/she may be lacking other driving skills.

  • ive drove manuals and auto's so answer my questions. because i drive for usx and they have autos that takes away from the fact that im out here busting my ass to?trust me driver if alot of companies could afford the auto shift systems for 100% of there fleet they would do it in a heartbeat. jusr because our company has auto shift trucks doesnt make you more of a hard worker then the rest of us. our company is getting us miles and last time i checked thats what was important in this job

  • Yes, you said you drove both so why are you getting so deffensive? All I said is if you never drove a stick outside of truckdriving school it does. All I'm trying to get at is they're way too many drivers out there with poor driving skills.

  • @trknadam YEAH AND YOUR ONE OF THEM YOU FUCKING LOSER

  • GOOD STATEMENT ANJ,thats what people dont realize we are not out here to see who can outrun the other climb faster or like u said c how fast u can change gears, thats money in the air,I guess people like that when they drive others trucks, thats y i will let mine sit in the backyard b4 i let somebody tear mine up.

  • @anj46907 SHUT YOUR TRAP;;;;;;;;THE ONLY THING YOU NO IS BENDING OVER FUEL TANK'S TAKING IT UP YOUR FAT ASS LOSER,,,,,,,,, THE STICK IS IN YOUR ASS HHHHHHH AAAA

  • Comment removed

  • Well ,CAHEKWRX if they run super singles you might have only 10-14 wheels depending on if they run the SS on truck and trailer or only 1 of the 2.

  • Does not mean its a 18 wheeler.

  • its not a 18 wheeler.

  • simple math: 2+8+8=18. 2 wheels on a stear axle, 8 on drive (2 axles with 4 tires on each) and 8 on trailer (same layout as on drive). Pretty cool eh!

  • no kidding, i used to train for USX, and all you needed to get hired was 4 week school. thats it, but, lets not forget that USX isnt the only company like that. most larger carriers will hire anyone as long as your not a felon.

  • If you could see some of the DUMB ASS drivers they put in trucks this would not surprise you at all.

  • I have yet to be surprised here.

  • Hesc, the station manager porbility wanted new pumps anyway.

  • I meant to say heck. my bad at bad speeling.

and there is no edit to correct my spelling.

  • HAHA. The driver probably wanted full service and for Habib to check his oil and clean his windshield.

  • Why was he even trying to pull in there? Especially an older gas station like that, those pump roofs are almost never built to clear 13'6"...if he was trying to turn around, should have searched out an empty lot or other business...I run LTL peddling freight in the city and I avoid these type of places...

  • how stupid can you be. you would think something would have clicked in his head a 13' 6" tall 53' long trailer might not fit under a small gas station

  • let us see here- oh i know! non-union = non-driver!

  • you think i would give a flyin crap

about how i drive if i was paid

that low?? lol... i've herd some bad

    stuff about stevens transport

  • As a fellow trucker, I'll just say this, "Oops, sorry". lol HOW the hell that happens who knows, but we see crap similar to this every day out here on the road. Take care fellow truckers & keep the shiny side up!!

  • And the rubber side DOWN! LOL, Be safe drivers...

  • I use to drive for US Xpress back in 2003 up until I jack knived on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in March 2003, and was let go for that reason. I had a really good experience with the company and was based out of the Salt Lake City Terminal when it was still operational. I had a great driver manager named Steve Johnson who understood the drivers and wouldn't force anything on them. I still probably would of been driving if it wasn't for that accident

  • That sucks, were you ever able to get on with any other companies?

Seems like more than enough time has gone by for you to be able to get on with another.

  • R you people serious.. I actually as of last night applied to go work for them as a driver... Should i consider not going ?? really is it that bad of a company? whos the best company or should i say good company to work for with average pay and good home time??

  • LoL All companies for new drivers are the same..US isnt that bad, they just have some bad drivers. has nothing to do with the company

  • boy did you make a mistake

but if you did get on with them heres a peice of advice if you decide you want to quit make sure you are already home when u call them or they will seize the truck and you will be stuck miles away from home and usx dosent give two shits and a fuck how you get back home luckly i had some cash on hand so i made it back they dumped me in richmond va and i live in charlotte nc

  • I know your right but the sad thing is that theres no punishment for the companies or and repercussion for the things they do to drivers..Until I built my website..

  • whats the name of the website?

  • us xpress sucks it sounds to me like

the fleet managers only want to rip

off the drivers. and whats this rule

they have about no u turns? it seems

they want a reason to fire drivers

  • No U-turns is because there are a lot of accidents where trucks turn, cars don't see em and get crushed underneath them. We drive for US Xpress and they're treating us really good. How this happened I don't know but he/she sure had a bad day.

  • schneider has a no u-turn policy. If you get caught doing a u-turn, terminated immediately.

  • LOL, you've never driven before obviously...

The no U-Turn Rule is a safety measure, to ensure you don't cause a rununder accident by crossing the road with your trailer. An accident involving a car that has run under a trailer will 99.9% of the time result in decapitation. And no matter what anyone says, All major trucking companies suck... Go Independent or go home.

  • i drove for swift then for CFI both last year

are you a driver or a fleet manager?? LOL

  • Swift? ROFL, that explains it.

I was a driver. I worked for Schnieder, U.S. Xpress, CRST, Werner and, most recently, some local companies around town. I've had more training than a driver probably needs.

Doesn't matter anymore though, now I work IT, and I make twice as much as I did as a Truck driver.

  • do any of 'em have a no bobtail policy

  • CRST did, Schneider tried, but did little to enforce it. At least, I always got away with it.

  • CFI is gettin away with it.

  • As a new driver a company will be what you make of it. What will you need from a company. Pay? Insurance? Home time? If you need home time you need to know what customers they have in your area (is this a good traffic lane for them) That gets you in and out easier.

  • Good advice!

  • He was looking for a parking spot for the night LOL

That's nothing funny about that, I almost flipped the truck I drive with the 48' container loaded with lime bags 43100lbs of load, gross weight 78500. I just parked on the side of the road to fill out my paper work. But I got too close to the soft sholder and the back of the chassis slid to the side when I started to go forward. I took 2 big wreckers to get me going again.

It only takes a split second to do something wrong.

  • Yikes! Sounds like someone's a little bitter! Don't you just appreciate the brilliant minds that try to hire inexperienced youth who have no concept, no perspective, no responsibility and no accountability for their jobs?

  • oh and you never where that person...everyone starts somewhere dah..every great truck has to start out as just a student.

  • @TheRealDimplemonkey not all young people have the same attitude towards life. Some of us r really responsible and have principles. Thanks to people like u and the stupid concept that some have about youth is so hard for us to get a job or at least the opportunity to prove we can do a good job too.HOW IN THE WORLD DO WE GET EXPERIENCE IF WE DON `T GET THE OPPORTUNITY.

  • @iverian25 Yeah I will have to agree with you. Where would anyone be if the were not "shown" and "trusted" to do a certain job. I dont know really...I guess others were just born with that experiance....I think not.

  • well im not suprised that its a usxpress truck the dispatch at the usxpress terminal in lexington nc is nothing but college girls calling the shot on an 80,000 lbs truck i used to work at usxpress and its was horrible they dumped me in virgina when i told them i wanted to quit and i live in nc i had to pay this guy to take me back home but but by far the worst dispatcher at usxpress is brenda strickland

  • I worked for them 9 months ago. they fired me because I slid into the back of another truck due to black ice. I should have snapped some pics of the truck so I would have millions of dollars because the airbags didn't pop out on impact. and I should sue them for workers comp.

  • yeah its rediculous man that company has had numerous complaints filled against them and yet they are still allowed to opperate ..my former dispatcher brenda strickland actualy told me to alter my log book and drive past the time alloted by the d.o.t ..i couldent beleive my ears ..half the things they do is 100% illegal

  • wow, Steven's Transport is nothing like that. they are strict about their logs and would never ask their drivers to break any rules..guess that's why they're like 3rd biggest fleet in U.S. and have a good track record..try and find a video of them on here...bet ya can't..if so let me know.

  • Let me get this correct you are trying to sell Stevens as a "TOP NOTCH" company to work for ? As far the size of them I have no idea how many power units they have , but size has nothing to do with the quality of the company if this were the case Swift would be the #1 company experienced OTR drivers would be looking to drive for , And so would my Ex employer Werner ...What does stevens pay for a driver with 2 yrs Experience 40-45 COM...Nope probably like 30-32 CPM almost a crappy as Werner .

  • I can't find any videos on here containing any of Werner's greatest hits , So I guess Werner must be pretty much accident free...LOL

  • Size is not a matter. Here we have one of the 5 largest trash companies treating the load with far more respect than the driver. Sacking people when they are home with work related injuries (not respecting the 120 day rule the law/union tells) and when one division strikes for that, they send another division to do the work or get sacked.

  • my dad was run off a bridge because of a stevens transport truck!
