Those drinks are expensive there. In the US you can get 2 liter bottles of 7up, Sprite, Coke, etc for around $1. As for the milk, I usually buy soy or almond milk which costs around $3 on sale for a half gallon. The only thing I really noticed being cheaper in Korea is street food.

wow, i haven't been back to Korea for decades but i grew up with the #2 & 3 drinx in 70s there. Aloe juice came out much later and yes it is my favorite too now. maybe i should pick a day and fly to korea one of these days
