I was at the airfield in Fairford this weekend, but since the show was cancelled I didn't get to see her fly. It would have made my entire weekend worth it.
Such a shame about the deluge that wiped out RIAT. However, Flying Legends at Duxford went ahead and there was a capacity crowd and fine weather at this superb show of famous aircraft. The Vulcan would have certainly made some heads turn if it had flown over Duxford instead! It is a legend in its own right.
Isn't she Beautiful! My grateful thanks go out to all the people involved in keeping this "Queen of the Sky" Flying. Long may she Reign.

very soon, very soon indeed, though they will not announce it due to that part of the world coming to a complete stand still if word got out.
