@abdur90 then i would go harder. The student I was demonstrating with chose the pace. He was interested in learning. So he picked a pace that he felt he could do that.

Funny...I posted a clip a while ago of a fast attack and fast response with a knife.
Everyone posted and asked me 'what did you do?' ....'can you slow down and explain more?'...hahahha
Enjoy the clips everyone for what they are....they coud always do more or be better in some way.
