Castlevania has much more Nintendo games than that primarily Sony Supporting Franchise Metal Gear Solid. So when you see the history, then when Nintendo didn't request for Simon and Megaman. Funny you mention that, I actually sent a letter to Nintendo Power asking about this, and they replied!

they said it would be impossible, Nintendo would have remake the game to add that feature, they also said that in the next smash bros we should have it.
