Sara, who is dating Grissom (their relationship was a secret from the lab), was kidnapped because of said relationship. Natalie (see above post) blames Gil for the death of Ernie Dell, and kidnaps Sara to get back at him after she discovers the relationship. She sticks her under a car in the middle of the desert.

It's Lady Heather, but I don't recall her calling her. She examined her at the hospital. I have no idea what new cop you are talking about. =)

Sara will make it - OK so it looks like her arm is pretty messed up, but common guys this is Sara, i think it'll take more than that to get rid of her! i agree it does seem odd she knows Natalie's name... didn't think abductors were in the habbit of introducing themselves, esp as it looks like Sara was possibly drugged or knocked uncontious to get her there in the first place...
