nothing amazing, dx9 seems same to me... at least from video. however dirt 2's game engine is amazing, runs over 30fps on HIGH/ULTRA and i have dual core 2.8ghz, 3gb ram and 512mb nvidia 9500GT. dirt 1 lagged quite badly on same settings and hardware.

So many details, very impressive! Imagine how much is to calculate for every single frame. And in the future we'll have realtime rendering like in animation movies then game graphics may extremely addictive even if a game is poor ;-)

dx11 can do what dx 10 does and then some with WAY less power and smarter code. Theres also way more nativity hence the crowd (which wasn't shown in dx 9 comparison the only comparison was at the beginning to show how far they've come its called instancing. Shadows INSIDE of textures the list goes on and on vs the dx 10 and .1 atempt to fix a MESS Also the on the dev side its way easier to create vs 10 and 11 happy devs means more games for u.
