It is a sort of logic but fails on the lack of observation that provided the definitive response for the former but an intuition based on no other understanding that stars could be there for another reason. The flawed logic continues. Once you've created the imaginary super being who placed the stars you can credit him with anything that is requiring an explanation that you don't have.

Yet more. System. We observe 'systems' and we know them to be from natural law and not from a deity. Science provides technologies we all benefit from by understanding these 'systems'. Quran doesn't provide understanding for lasers or fission.

@2IAN4 To a point we are here through some degree of chance which is why we'd better appreciate what we have and start looking after it. No gods exist. You need to become acquainted with cosmology and evolution through natural selection and you clearly don't evenn understand what a theory is in science. We are as we and the universe also as a consequence of it coming together and no the other way around.

For my level of understanding I have no evidence for the existence of 'Allaah' except in the superstious writings of man and religion which has provided. The evidence of the Earth and all of the Planets is evidence of Geology, Astronomy, Physics and Astrophysics, Chemistry, Biology, Meteorology, Gravity, The Weak and Strong Nuclear Forces, Electricity, Thermodynamics, Abiogenesis, Evolution/ Natural Selection and many other things we have not figured out yet (but are working sure as heck harder than you are good Sir.)

You are correct in your statement that religion was before Science. People also used to put a flat Earth theory before a round Earth theory. (Science proved that one by the way). Being first does not denote being correct.
Science is the only truth that exists. Science will take you to explore this Universe. Until there is Scientific Experimental Evidence for a "soul" or a "spirit" the rational members of our population will continue to disbelieve in an afterlife.

To believe into some idol, be it Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism etc., is one thing. But you don't have a single, not even the slightest, proof for a supernatural being which many call a "God" or "Allah". Religions should be private. But to combine it with a state, to base laws and ethics of a society on such a dogmatic and irrational belief has to be dogmatic and irrational. If this is Islam - then keep it.
