Theres some really nice flow later in the video though. Roosevelt is arranged nicely for flowing movement with alot of close together obstacles. Let's see more of the stuff from 2:46-2:53. That was awesome.

thanx man! and yeah like i said to crash the next showreel is gunna have more flow and all =]. it was my first showreel so i rele showcased my handstands cuz its a huge part of my training and beleive it or not it helps develop[ other parkour skills because it conditions so many necasary muscles =]. but look out for my next video with much more flow =]

lol thanx. and yeah i noe i was thinking the same but i decided since its my first showreel ill showcase my handstands alot since i love handstands even tho technically it isnt parkour...but it does have a huge impact on my training...but next vid of me ima do beast parkour i promise =]

Footage Is Great But The Main Thing I Noticed Was Your Handstands, Its Too Consistent. Next Video Try To Get More Of Just You Practicing, Like All Moves but Overall Its A Sexy Video.
